E General storage period

  3. Art. 17 GDPR - You can request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

  4. Art. 18 GDPR - You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,

    • if you dispute the accuracy of the data,

    • if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you require it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims

    • or if you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.

  5. Art. 20 GDPR - You can receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or request that it be transmitted to another controller.

  6. Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR - You can revoke your consent to us at any time. This means that we are no longer permitted to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.

  7. Art. 77 GDPR - You can complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or of our place of business.

The following information relates to the handling of your data in connection with an order for services for private individuals on our website via the shopping cart system.

If you place an order on our website, we will use the data you provide to process the order and fulfill our contractual obligations. This applies to the following data:

The payment details provided and the other data will not be passed on by us or the payment provider to third parties who are not involved in the performance of the contract and the processing of the payment (exception: credit agencies, see below).

The legal basis for the storage and processing of this data in the context of payment follows from Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of GDPR.
